Pet Policy
We do accept most pets at our properties. We require an additional deposit of $750 per pet. We also require that you maintain a renters insurance policy and provide proof that it has been paid in full for a full year. Pets that are NOT acceptable include:
§ Pit bulls
§ Chows
§ Dobermans
§ Rottweilers
§ Wolf Hybrids
§ Any dog who has bitten a person or shows a propensity to bite
§ Any exotic animal
§ Any animal prohibited by local ordinances
§ Any animal that would pose a threat of injury to a human being
Be sure to list any animals that will be located at your home on your lease application. Failure to properly register a pet with us will result in an initial violation charge of $750 and an additional charge of $100 per day until the pet is removed from the premises.
